No, we currently do not use any third-party e-commerce plugin — our website is custom-built and independently managed.

We collect relevant customer and order information required to process and fulfil an order, such as customer name, billing/shipping address, email address, contact number, product details, order value, and payment information processed through the payment gateway.

Yes, transactions are reviewed based on the order value, product type, customer information, payment status, and other applicable risk parameters. Any unusually high-value or suspicious transaction may be subject to additional verification before order fulfilment.

How do you address fraud prevention?

We follow appropriate measures to reduce fraudulent transactions. Orders are reviewed based on available customer, payment, shipping, and transaction information. Suspicious or high-risk transactions may be held for verification or cancelled/refunded where appropriate. We also monitor unusual transaction patterns and maintain records of problematic or fraudulent orders/customers where necessary to prevent repeat fraudulent activity.
